Mended tear ( 1/16"x 1/2) located along upper right edge. Extreme lower portion of lower right corner is missing. Fluorescing liquid accretion (1/2"x 1") located in lower left quadrant. Liquid accretion (4" long) evident in upper left quadrant. Tear (1/2"x 1/4") located 3/4" from upper edge. 3 small holes (ranging in size from pinhole to 1/8") located along central right edge.
